I wonder if there will ever be a time when mages get to really stand apart from the DPS-crowd in wow. Currently we're ok, I think our DPS could be higher, Blizz really needs to think of a creative solution for Frost Mages and I'm terribly worried about Arcane come 3.1 but currently we're ok.
I'm a 57/3/11 spec. Arcane was AWESOME when you could clip the last AM with Abarr with the AB stack but no no said blizz. Now people have a choice of higher DPS with lower DPM or stick with a AB3AMAMbarr for higher DPM.
And it all revolves around Evocate. Damned DAMNED evocate. I hope they get around to fixing it come 3.2 cause for the current end-game it doesn't work.
I blame PVP.

Comic Con 2009
After attending Comic Con last year (the first year I was actually able to enjoy going) I must admit I am looking forward to attending this year.
It's a bit of a drag that they've decided to limit their once generous "professional registration" freebie to artists and executives only. How fair is that?
Well I suppose since it is their Con, they can do what they like, but I have to ask...
Where would all the artists and execs be without everyone else to support them?
I'll tell you where, on hold with Dell customer service for 3 hours with a blue screen of death.

Damn that is a cool trade show. I got soo much stuff there. Anyone need a PS3 lanyard? Well I should start selling them on eBay soon :p
Waited in line for 2 hours for the Nintendo Wii booth. Totally worth the wait. The new Zelda game rocks. The controller takes a little getting used too, but its really cool and fun to play with after a little while. The game looks beautiful, and the actual game is really fun. I'm gonna get me a Wii when they come out.
Another game that really caught my interest was Okami. Google search it damnit. Looks really cool.
I'll have to go again next year :P I might put up more later, when I'm not so tired.
